Ive never hired or worked with a lawyer before. I think we can all agree it can be a little intimidating. I recently had a driving incident that required me to seek an attorney. It was my fault, but it was being blown out of proportion, and I needed help. I told Josh my side of the story, that there were circumstances that made it difficult to discern. It wasn't a cut and dry case. Josh took the time to look into it himself. He saw for himself what i was saying that no one believed. He then got the prosecutor to review the evidence that they weren't presented with, and as a result, the penalties were reduced to a level that was more suited to the offense. He advised me not to waste my time appealing my case since he thought it was all but hopeless based on his experience. Many other attorneys would have gone for the money and told me God knows what.
