Police Report:
hode Island State Police pull Client over at 1:45am in the morning for lane roadway violations and tinted windows. Upon running Client’s information they discover an active warrant for his arrest. Client is placed into custody. A subsequent search of Client’s vehicle reveals a loaded semi-automatic pistol underneath the driver’s seat.

Police Report:
East Providence Police respond to a 911 call from Client’s girlfriend’s apartment. Upon arrival Police find Client and his girlfriend outside the house yelling and screaming at each other. Police separate the two and interview each separately, but decide not to charge either with assault. However, upon searching Client’s car police find 4 firearms and ammunition for which Client did not have a license.

Police Report: Providing False Information in Purchasing a Firearm (Felony)
Client goes to a local Coventry gun shop in order to purchase a firearm. He fills out all the necessary forms (State and Federal) but puts different dates of birth on each of the forms. When he goes to pick up the firearm after the required 7 day waiting period he is promptly arrested by the Coventry Police.

PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION-FIREARM: DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED
