Police Report:
Narragansett Police are called to the Bonnet Shores Beach Club for a report of a break in. Upon arrival police obtained a security video of the incident, and both Client and his brother are identified as one of the multiple people who broke into the club and stole alcohol from the bar area. Police reach out to Client and Client admits he was involved with the breaking and entering.

Police Report:
Client is a passenger in a stolen car which gets into an accident after a road rage incident with another vehicle. The vehicle in which Client is seated flips over on the highway and comes to rest on the roof of the car. Driver of the vehicle runs off into the woods. When Providence Police arrive, they find Client standing outside the motor vehicle. And, when the run the license plate of the car in which Client was a passenger, the car comes back as stolen.

State Police are called to Twin River Casino after dealer observes Client attempting to increase his bet at blackjack after the cards have been played. This is all confirmed on the hi-definition video recording system.

Police Report:
Narragansett Police are called to the scene of an armed robbery followed by a car chase on Route 1A. Upon arriving at the scene, police speak to Client who informs them that she was robbed at gunpoint by 2 men from whom she was buying marijuana. Further, that Client then proceeded to chase the robbers in her car down Route 1A before seeing police. After further investigation, police determine that Client had lied to police and was actually the person selling the marijuana to the 2 men who did in fact rob her during the transaction.

Police Report:
Twin River Security observes Client adding to his bet at the blackjack table, via security cameras, when the dealer turns away for a moment. RI State Police detectives working the casino beat approach Client at the table and Client admits to attempting to cheat at blackjack.

Police Report: Conspiracy to Possess Stolen Credit Cards
RI State Police stop a vehicle on 95 North for an alleged traffic violation. As with many State Police stops on 95, the Client and his passenger are dark-skinned males driving a rental car with NY plates. Upon stopping and approaching the car, Troopers immediately detect a strong odor of freshly burnt marijuana coming from the interior of the vehicle. Troopers order both men out of the car and begin to search the car. In a bag in the backseat Troopers discover 300 stolen credit/gift cards. Both Client and his passenger are arrested without incident.

Police Report: Attempted Sexual Procurement for a Fee
Providence police conduct a prostitution sting using a fake Back Page advertisement for sexual services. Client calls the number in the Ad and then shows up at the Comfort Inn where the police have set up the sting. Client is seen on video offering $60.00 for oral sex.

Newport police observe Client urinating on the side of a building, approach him and observe him to be intoxicated. Defendant refuses to answer some of their questions and is arrested for obstruction of justice.

Warwick Police are called to Kohl’s Department store for a report of a shoplifter. Police find Client in the custody of the store security. Security tells police he observed Client take jewelry out of the jewelry section, go into the dressing room and discard the packaging. Police recover the stolen jewelry in Client’s pocket.

RI State Police respond to Twin River Casino for the report of a patron cheating while playing blackjack. Troopers watch video and observe Client attempt to add additional chips after the first two cards have been dealt. Client is then arrested for one count of Felony theft charges.

RI State Police respond to Twin River Casino for the report of a patron cheating at craps table. Troopers watch video and observe Client up his bet after it was legally permissible (shooter had thrown dice) on 3 separate occasions resulting in 3 Felony charges.

Police Report:
JC Penny security at Warwick mall watch Client select some make-up from Sephora section of store and conceal it in her baby carriage with her 9 month old son. As Client leaves the store and passes all cash registers, security stops Client and escorts her back to the security office where they recover the stolen goods in her baby carriage.

Police Report:
Security at Kohl’s in Warwick watch Client take price tags off of some items and place them in her bag. Security attempts to stop and have Client return to the store but Client refuses and drives away. Warwick Police are called by Kohl’s security and stop Client’s vehicle.

Police Report:
Narragansett Police are called to the report of a loud house party. Upon arrival, police observe 25-30 URI students on the porch and in the house. As they approach the house everyone scatters in different directions to avoid arrest by the police. Police enter the house and find Client on the couch with a red plastic cup of alcohol in his possession. When asked for ID, Client provides the police with a false ID.

Police Report:
Central Falls police set up a sting operation with a female officer posing as a prostitute to arrest men looking to pay for sex. Client approaches undercover officer and after striking up a conversation, offers $150.00 for oral sex. Client is immediately arrested by other officers.
