Woonsocket police receive a hang-up 911 call from Client’s house. Upon arrival they find Client’s wife outside the house crying and very upset. She tells police that Client came home drunk and they got into a fight. During the fight, Client pushed her to the ground and began to break the furniture in the house.

Police Report:
North Providence police are called to the Client’s house by Client’s spouse to report a violation of a no contact order. Spouse had obtained a no contact order as a result of a dispute over child visitation. Police arrive to the home and see Client on the front porch of spouse’s house, speaking with spouse. Police confirm through the court computer that a no contact order does exist, preventing Client from contacting spouse. Client is arrested for violation of the no contact order.

Police Report:
Client and girlfriend are out partying all night in Providence and then return to her dorm room. An argument begins and victim tells Providence Police that Client slapped and choked her during the argument. Police say they observe red marks on her face and neck.

Warren Police are called to Client’s residence for a report of a domestic altercation between Client and her mother. Mother tells police Client came home irate and began to argue and push her around during the dispute. Client and his partner are arguing in a hotel room in Providence. Police are called by unknown person, and arrive at Client’s hotel door. Police knock and then walk into the room when Client opens door. Police observe items to be scattered across the room as though a fight had occurred, and Client’s partner has a red mark on his neck. Neither person makes a written statement, but Client’s partner verbally tells police that he was choked by Client.

Woonsocket Police respond to a hang-up, 911 call made by Client’s girlfriend from her home at approximately 2:00am. When they arrive, police observe victim’s front door to have “recent damage” and was unable to be closed completely. Police spoke to Client’s girlfriend who said she was awoken to banging on her front door and the next thing she knew Client was standing next to her bed and yelling at her about cheating. Victim said Client pushed her before leaving.

Middletown Police are called to Client’s home, by Client, to report that he has been assaulted by his ex-wife during a child visitation exchange. Police arrive and separate all parties, and after talking to both people decide that Client was the aggressor and arrest him. The alleged victim had told the police she was grabbed from behind and then pushed as she was picking up their child after an argument.

Police Report:
Burrillville Police respond to a 911 hang up call at Client’s home, a home he shares with his mother and his brother. Upon arrival, Police observe Client’s brother to have a bloody lip and red marks on his face and neck. The also observe a table and other items broken about the living room. Both Client’s mother and brother give written statements to police saying Client was intoxicated and started a physical fight with his brother which resulted in all the damage to the home.

Ex-wife then says Client pushes her in the shoulders with two hands and she falls down in the driveway, and then calls Cumberland Police via 911.

Police observe injuries consistent with her statement and seize a broken iPhone. Police obtain witness statements from 2 of the victim’s friends consistent with her account of the assault.

Newport Police respond to the home which Client shares with his wife for a hang-up 911 call. Upon arrival police find Client’s wife outside the house crying hysterically and she indicates to them that Client broke into the house after being told to leave the night before. She further states Client slapped her with an open hand to the face, and they observe a red area on her left cheek consistent with being slapped. Upon entering the home to arrest Client, police observe him lighting a duffle bag on fire in the kitchen, causing charring to the kitchen walls.

Police Report:
A witness driving behind Client’s vehicle observes through the back window of his car Client punch his female passenger on the left side of her head “2-3 times”. He calls Cranston Police and continues to follow vehicle while relaying his location to the police. Cranston Police find Client’s vehicle and pull it over. Police observe victim to have a large red welt on the left side of her head consistent with being punched. When Client refuses to exit the vehicle, police attempt to take him out and Client punches and kicks at police until they are eventually able to place him into handcuffs.

Warwick Police are called to the home of Client and his wife by their nanny. The nanny reports witnessing Client first verbally abusing his wife and then slapping her in the face when she attempts to call a friend for a ride. Client is suspicious that his fiancé is cheating on him. So one day instead of going to work Client stakes out his own house to see if he can catch his fiancé cheating. Client observes an unknown male drive up to his home and be allowed inside by his fiancé. Client immediately walks into his house and hears a back bedroom door slam shut with his fiancé standing outside of the door. Client asks who the person in the bedroom is and his fiancé refuses to answer. Client then kicks in the bedroom door and discovers the unknown male in the bedroom.
