Client and his girlfriend are at a wedding at the Portuguese Club when a massive fight breaks out among the guests. Client observes his friend being arrested by the Cranston Police and allegedly grabs the arresting officer by the arm, attempting to keep him from arresting Client’s friend. As the police then go to arrest Client for grabbing the officer, Client struggles and refuses to cooperate until he is taken to the ground and arrested.

A Coventry Police officer on a stationary post in a shopping lot is approached by a motor vehicle being operated by the alleged victim and his new girlfriend. The alleged victim tells the police officer that he had been assaulted by the Client, with whom he has a dating relationship, and she was following him and his new girlfriend. Police then observe Client’s vehicle enter the lot at a high rate of speed, and observe Client exit her car and throw her keys at alleged victim’s car.

South Kingstown police are called to a residence for the report of a suicidal male. Upon arrival police speak to the alleged victim to find out why he was threatening to kill himself. Alleged victim tells police that Client had just hit him in the head with a boot and left the residence. Police observe signs of a struggle in the home and a large lump on alleged victim’s head where he said he had been struck by Client. Client gives a statement to the police admitting to striking alleged victim in the head with a boot.

Client is part of a bachelor party in Newport, RI. After a long night of drinking, Client and his friends get into an altercation with another bachelor party at one of the bars. Witnesses tell police they saw Client sucker-punch another man during the fight.
